The location off the main street made access to stores and restaurants easy. I loved the spacious King Room with Kitchenette. The large refrigerator and kitchenette provided great convenience for snacks and drinks. The beds were incredibly comfortable with fluffy pillows that added to a cozy feel. The shower was impressive, large, and brand new, making for a pleasant experience. Breakfast was also a nice perk. However, the induction stovetop was useless without the right cookware, which was frustrating since it limited cooking options. The exterior of the hotel looks rundown and needs improvement. Also, some cleanliness issues arose. the bathroom floor showed signs of neglect. Despite these flaws, the overall experience was enjoyable and allowed for a comfortable stay.

This place was just a fitting option for a holiday in Pigeon Forge with very good value for money. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and had a nice layout. For a quieter stay, it's best to ask for an upstairs room.

The beds were clean and very comfortable.
I was disappointed with the service during check-in as the clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no assistance provided when we needed to check into our second floor room, despite my visible difficulties. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the areas that should have been well-maintained, making our stay less enjoyable.

The cleanliness standards were extremely disappointing!!! The dirty bathroom floor and lack of space for personal items were frustrating. The noisy guests outside our room were a huge distraction during our stay!!!

Recommendation for families looking for basics
The beds were comfortable, which was a relief after long days. The service staff were friendly and accommodating, making a good impact on our stay.
It wasn't overly inexpensive, but for what you get it was still acceptable.

Convenient Location and Spacious Room
We stayed in a King Room with Kitchenette for 2 nights, and I was really impressed by the spacious layout and the huge shower! It was nice to have a fridge and a small kitchen area, although the induction stove's limitations made cooking a bit tricky. The proximity to stores and restaurants made our stay so much easier, but the cleanliness could definitely use some improvement.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was well-prepared, featuring eggs, sausage, and a variety of pastries. However, noise from the surrounding area could be distracting at times, and the walls between rooms felt a bit thin, compromising privacy.
